So the adventure has begun,
I sign up for Ironman Wisconsin this September after voluntering this year. I hope that the traning for the next 8 month will go well..
So here is an update.. I been feeling run down since the Chisago half Ironman which I did in 5 hours and 15 Min... did the Twin Cities Marthon in 3:37 and since then just been tired trying to get back into do running and biking been slow... Swimming has been OK nothing exciting since my swim coach left the club that I swam at and they are a cross town so swimming is out with them... I been Coaching the class since they left..
So the training has begun.. trying to get the body ready starting next week I hope to average 8-10 hours of cardio and also looking for a half ironman to do in southern Us to do in Feb/march
